摘要
建立无刷直流电机的可靠性串联模型,并分析了无刷直流电机的故障模式。绕组、轴承和驱动控制线路的失效是无刷直流电机的主要失效模式,由此通过元器件计数法和应力分析法在无刷直流电机的设计阶段对可靠性进行了预估。
BLDCM reliability model in series is established and failure pattern is analyzed. The failures of winding, bearing and control circuit are the most parts of BLDCM failure patterns. At designing stage of BLDCM the reliability is estimated by the components counting method and the stress analysis method.
