摘要
对两种主要烟草仓储害虫进行辐照杀虫试验,并同时分析了烟叶主要成份辐照前后的变化。结果表明,辐照既能达到杀死烟叶害虫的目的,又不影响烟叶的品质。当剂量在5万拉德以上时,害虫的正常生长发育受到影响;大于20万拉德时,害虫立即死亡。实际应用中建议采用10~15拉德的辐照剂量。
The experiment of irradiation disinsection for two kinds of the main storehouse tobacco insects (Lasioderma Serricorne and Ephestia elutlla) was carried out, including the analysis of tne main composition of tobacco leaf before and after irradiation. It was showed that through 60Co-r irradiation the disinsetion purpose could be gained without any damage to the quality of tobacco leaf. Moreover, the insects were hampered from the normal development after a treatment of 0.5KGy or over, and were immediately killed while the dosage was beyond 2KGy. The dosage of 1-1.5 KGy is suggested for practical use.
