摘要
用来自贵州、广东、海南岛等地的4个茵株分别对不同品种、不同生育期进行人工接种诱发病害试险,结果表明:(1)来源不同的菌株在与水稻建立寄生关系后致病力一开始就存在着差异;(2)病菌侵入稻株建立侵染点后,侵染扩展速率逐渐增强,在本田期,病斑沿稻株垂直方向扩展速率齐穗期后是齐穗前的3～5倍;(3)同一品种对不同菌株抗性反应有着明显的差异;(4)寄主的抗性随稻株叶龄的增长而有所增强;(5)在病害的发生发展过程中,菌株致病力强弱是矛盾的主要方面,其次是水稻品种,再其次是稻株叶龄。
Comparison study on the relationship between 4 single-solerotial isolates of T. cucumeris from Guizhou, Guangdong and Hainan provinces in China, 5 rice varieties and different rice-plant growth stages was conducted by artifical inoculation. The result was showed as follows. After the strains from different place parasited on rice-plant,at the begining the pathogentic ability of them showed difference. After building infection court, infection rate of the disease agent gradually increased. In field the increase rate of sigh developed vertically on the rice-plant after heading was 3-5 times as much as before heading stage. The resistance reaction of same rice variety showed obvious difference to different strains, and different rice varieties showed different resistance reaction to same strains. In the process of the disease development, pathogenetic ability of the disease was the main factor, the varietial resistance, the second, and the leaf age of rice-plant the third.
