摘要
设计一种新型批量联动排种器试验台,以有效解决播种机排种器总成的质量检验及性能调试问题。介绍该试验台的总体结构及工作原理,详细说明各主要系统的配置及其参数计算方法。该试验台结构合理,操作方便,工作效率高。
A new batch linkage test bench for pneumatic seeder was designed in order to solve the problem of quality inspection and performance debugging for seeding machine assembly. The overall structure and working principle of the test bench was explained, the configuration and parameter calculation method of the main system was given in detail. The test bench is reasonable in structure, conve-nient in operation with high work efficiency.
