中药膳食及营养指导与脑卒中不同预后、并发症的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的依据急性期脑卒中患者不同中医证候进行营养护理及中药膳食搭配指导,观察预后及并发症的发生率。方法分别对220例急性脑卒中患者随机分组护理,对照组按一般饮食护理,治疗组采取辨证饮食方案指导。结果治疗组及对照组营养不良的发生率分别为7.27%、3.64%,并发症分别为20.91%、43.63%。结论通过及时、合理的中药膳食指导,对中风急性期患者的预后及并发症的预防具有重要的意义。
