摘要
目的：研究手术护理路径在重度颅脑损伤急诊手术配合的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年4月~2013年4月的130例重度颅脑损伤手术患者，随机将其平均分成对照组和实验组，对照组进行常规手术护理，实验组采用手术护理路径。结果实验组医生对此组的护理路径的满意度（95.38%）高于对照组满意度（69.23%）；通过比较可知对照组在并发症的发病率（67.7%）、死亡率（53.84%）都明显高于实验组的并发症的发病率（18.46%）、死亡率（7.69%），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论进行手术护理路径的效果明显好于常规护理效果，对于降低患者的并发症的发生率和死亡率十分重要，提高患者的治愈率和生存质量。
Objective To study the effect of applying surgical nursing pathway in emergency operation of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 130 cases of severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 65 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing,experimental group was given surgical nursing pathway.Results Satisfaction degree of doctors to nursing of experimental group （95.38%） was higher than control group （69.23%）; after comparison it showed that complication incidence,mortality rate of control group （67.7%, 53.84%） were significantly higher than experimental group （18.46%,7.69%）, differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Surgical nursing pathway has better efficacy than conventional nursing, which plays an important role in decreasing complication incidence and mortality rate of patients, it also improves the cure rate and life quality of patients.
