摘要
目的：对极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗体会进行相关探讨。方法选取本院自2011年9月~2012年9月期间接治的15例极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料，对所有的患者均采用手术治疗，其中椎间外型6例，椎间孔外型5例，混合型4例。结果所有的患者在出院之后对其进行为期1~1年5个月的回访，平均的随访时间为1年1个月，经随访发现患者的临床症状均有明显的好转，手术治疗效果满意。结论手术治疗极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的效果非常明显。
Objective To explore clinical experience of far lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods Choosing clinical data of 15 patients received treatment during extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation patients in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012, all patients were treated by surgery, overall six cases in which the intervertebral, extra foraminal five cases, mixed 4 cases.Results All patients after their discharge for a period of 1 month to 1 year and 5 return visit, the average follow-up period of 1 year 1 month, the follow-up found that clinical symptoms were significantly improved, surgical treatment satisfaction.Conclusion Surgical treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation effect is very obvious.
