摘要
目的探讨高千伏计算机X线摄影(CR)与直接数字X线摄影(DR)在尘肺病胸部摄影中的临床应用价值,比较其优片率和检出率差异。方法选取2011年5月~2013年5月期间我中心确诊的尘肺病患者78例进行回顾性分析,按数字表法随机分为两组。其中对照组38例患者采用高千伏CR胸片进行检查;而观察组40例患者采用高千伏DR胸片进行检查,由我中心专业的具有尘肺病诊断资格的临床医师独立读片并对比分析.比较两种检查方法的优片率和检出率。结果观察组患者的检查优片率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的84.21%(P〈0.05):观察组对于尘肺病的总检出率为95.00%,也显著高于对照组的86.84%(P〈0.05)。结论高千伏DR技术摄片能够为尘肺病诊断提供更客观准确的信息,其优片率和检出率远远高于高千伏CR技术摄片,可作为尘肺病早期筛查的有效方法。值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of high kV CR and DR for the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis chest radiography. Compare the differences of their excellent piece rate and detection rate. Methods The 78 cases pa- tients diagnosed with pneumoconiosis during the period from May 2011 to May 2013 in our center were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups based on the method of number table.The 38 patients of the control group used the high high-kilovolt X-ray photography computer (CR) chest ;while the 40 patients of the observation group used the high-kilovolt direct digital X-ray radiography (DR) chest.And select the professional clinicians of our center to analyze, read and compare the differences of the excellent piece rate and detection rate of the two methods. Results Thepatients checking excellent piece rate of the observation group was 92.50%,significantly higher than the 84.21% of the control group.What's more,for the detection rate of pneumoconiosis of the observation group was 95.00% ,also significantly higher than the 86.84% of the control group, difference were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The High kV radiography DR technology can provide more objective and accurate diagnosis of pneumoconiosis information which excellent piece rate and detection rate are both higher than the high kV radiography CR technology. It can be used as an effective method for early screening of pneumoconiosis, which is worthy of use in clinical practice.
