摘要
对邯郸热电厂 #10炉水冷壁连续爆管来样进行了宏观、化学成分、金相组织、室温机械性能等试验分析 ,认为氢损伤是导致爆管的主要原因。
For finding the cause of the successive blasts of water wall tubes of boiler No.10 in Handan Cogeneration Power Plant, the macrostructure, chemical composition, metallographic structural, room temperature mechanical performance and other tests and analyses are performed. It is believed that hydrogen harm is the main cause leading to tube blast.
