摘要
发展第四方物流,对于建立现代物流体系具有十分重要的作用。近年来,山东省第四方物流在快速发展过程中还存在着许多困难和问题。通过对山东省发展第四方物流的SWOT分析显示,山东省在政策、区位、交通、人口和市场等方面优势突出,机会众多;其劣势及威胁也很明显。山东省应加强政府宏观调控,大力发展第三方物流,选择以第三方物流和第四方物流协同运作的主导模式,建立物流公共信息平台,大力培养和引进第四方物流专业人才,实施第四方物流市场促销策略,以有效促进其稳步健康发展。
To develop fourth-party logistics is the key to build a modern logistics system. In recent years, Shandong province still has some difficulties with the rapid growth of fourth-party logistics. A SWOT analysis of fourth-party logistics in Shandong province is conducted and the result shows that Shandong has strengths in policy, location, transportation, population and market, which is an exciting opportunity. However, the weakness is also obvious. Shandong shall enhance governmental micro regulation and control in an effort to proactively develop third-party logistics, choose a leading operation pattern integrating third-party logistics with fourth-party logistics, and build a public information platform. It shall invest more in building a strong pipeline of talents and carry out marketing strategies for the stable and healthy development of fourth-party logistics.
