摘要
在复杂营养成分或简单营养成分培养基上培养的“金花”菌——谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种的菌丝体均富含各种氨基酸,包括人体必需氨基酸。该菌在多种培养基上分泌褐色色素和散发浓郁香气,对增进茯砖茶品质有良好效果。
Hyphae of Golden Flower fungus—Aspergillus chevalieri var. Intermedius growing in medium of complex composition or simple composition were rich in many kinds of amino acids including necessary amino acids. The fungus secreted brown pigment and produced fragrance. Those compositions played an important role in improving quality of Fuzhuan Tea.
