摘要
本文总结了资源型城市副产品循环利用的几种典型模型,分析了工业共生网络中副产品循环利用存在利益分配不均、竞争地位失衡、关键技术不充分等问题,并在共生理念的基础上,提出了实施共性技术创新战略、打造共同发展的组织文化、建立核心企业主导的机制、探索互动整合的发展模式和构建资源共享的服务平台等促进副产品循环利用的对策。
This paper summarizes several typical models of the resouree-based city by-products recycling, and analyzes the problems of the recycling of by-products among enterprises, such as uneven distribution of benefits, imbalanced competitive position and insuffi- cient key technology. It puts forward relevant measures based on symbiotic ideas ： to implement the strategy of innovating common technology, to build the organizational culture of common development, to establish the mechanism dominated by key businesses, to explore the developmental mode of interaction and integration, and to construct the service platform of sharing resources.
