摘要
目的:了解和评估青少年附睾发育情况,为附睾疾病进行有效彩色多普勒超声诊断提供理论依据.方法:选取年龄在7~17岁的健康无生殖系统疾病的男性青少年520例,以每岁为一组分为11组,每组40~50例.所有受试者均应用彩色多普勒超声对附睾头进行扫描.结果:7~岁、8~岁、16~岁和17~18岁组两侧附睾头的厚度存在差异;10~岁、13~岁和17~18岁组两侧附睾的长度存在差异.7~10岁、11岁、12岁、13~14岁、15~18岁青少年附睾头厚度95%参考值范围分别为(2.99,9.19) mm、(4.24,8.56) mm、(4.36,9.26) mm、(3.58,10.31) mm和(4.67,12.59) mm.7~10岁、11~14岁、15~18岁青少年附睾长度95%参考值范围分别为(2.29,6.91) mm、(3.15,9.73) mm和(5.08,12.18) mm.结论:建立了辽西地区青少年附睾相关参数参考值范围,为今后青少年人群进行更大规模的调查和临床疾病诊断研究奠定了基础.
Objective: To assess the development status of the epididymis in adolecent individuls using ukrasonography, in order to provide basis for diagnosis of epididymis disease. Methods: 520 healthy adolecents( 7-17 y) without reproductive system disease were divided into 11 groups according to the age and 40-50 cases in each, and then, were submitted to ultrasonography to scan the head of epididymis. Results: The significant differences were found in both sides in thickness of the epididymal head in 7-, 8-, 16-, and 17-18 group, and in length of the epididymal head in 10-, 13- and 17-18 groups. The 95 % reference value range of thickness of the epididymal head in 7-10, 11, 12, 13-14, 15-18 groups were (2.99, 9. 19) mm, (4.24,8.56) ram, (4.36,9.26) mm, (3.58,10.31) remand(4.67,12.59) mm. The 95% reference value range of the length of the epididymal head in 7-10, 11-14, 15-18 groups were (2.29,6.91) mm, (3.15,9.73) mm and (5.08, 12. 18) mm. Conclusion: These findings describes ultrasonographic reference values of the head of epididymis of youths living wersten of Liaoning Province, therefore, to provide imaging basis for the clinical diagnosis.
