C反应蛋白和下肢外周动脉疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要 下肢外周动脉疾病（lower extremity Deripheral arterialdisease．LE—PAD）是指各种原因导致供应下肢的大、中动脉狭窄或闭塞．肢体出现供血不足所致慢性动脉疾病。其临床症状为间歇性跛行、动脉搏动消失、皮温减低、静息痛、肢体远端溃疡甚至坏疽等，最终可发展为重症肢体缺血．并造成截肢甚至危及生命。
