家蚕卵滞育过程中的烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸含量及相关代谢研究进展

Research Advances in Content Variation of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide and Related Metabolisms in Silkworm Eggs During Diapause Process

摘要 烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)为吡啶核苷酸类辅酶之一,是生物体呼吸作用的主要辅酶,在呼吸耗氧量调控中发挥重要作用,并且NAD与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(NADP)、过氧化氢和谷胱甘肽的代谢密切相关。本文概述了家蚕卵滞育过程中NAD的含量变化及相关代谢活动的研究进展,讨论了NAD及其代谢活动在家蚕卵呼吸耗氧量调控中可能的作用。 Nicotinamide adenine dinucteotid (NAD) is one of the coenzyme of pyridine nucteotide and the main coen- zyme of respiration, which plays an important role in the regulation of respiratory oxygen consumption. The metabolism of NAD is closely related to the metabolisms of NADP ( NAD phosphate), hydrogen peroxide and glutathione. This paper reviewed research progress in the variation of NAD content and related metabolisms in silkworm eggs during diapause process, and discussed possible roles of NAD and its related metabolisms in the regulation of respiratory oxygen con- sumption of silkworm eggs.
