摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术中在气腹针经皮穿刺引导下输尿管支架管新的置入方法的可行性。方法回顾性分析采用在气腹针引导下直接沿导丝将输尿管支架管置入到输尿管36例患者的临床资料。结果36例手术均一次成功，置管时间4～15rain，平均7min。术后未出现尿漏、输尿管狭窄等并发症。结论应用气腹针引导下置入输尿管支架管，方法简单，取材方便，省时省力，值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the new ureteral stent placement method by veress needle-guided percutaneous puncture during laparoscopic operations. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients underwent indwelling the ureteral stent by veress needle-guided and adjust ureteral stent position with tail wire were analyzed. Results Thirty-six cases all had successful operation primari ly, no postoperative complication such as urine leakage, ureterostenosis. The mean time of indwelling the double J stent was 7 minutes （ranged at 4 - 15 minutes）. Conclusions The ureteral stent placement method by veress needle-guided is manageable, easy to fetch materials, and can save time and effort. It is worthy to be applicated and popularized.
