摘要
利用聚乙二醇/废旧饮料瓶对沥青进行改性,研究了改性沥青的软化点、黏度、延度、针入度等方面的性能。实验结果表明:随着改性剂用量的增加,改性沥青的软化点上升、粘度增加、延度增加、针入度降低。当改性剂的用量增加至12%时,针入度降至国家标准以下;当改性剂的用量控制在6%~10%时改性沥青的软化点、黏度、延度、针入度等性能较好。
The asphalt was modified by polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles. The softening point, viscosity, ductility and penetration of polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles modified asphalt were researched. The results indi- cated that the softening point, viscosity, ductility of the asphalt all increased with the increasing of dosage of polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles at a proper range. However, the penetration of the asphalt decreased with the increasing of dosage of polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles. The penetration of the asphalt decreased to the value below the na- tional standard when the dosage of polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles increased to 12 %. Accordingly, the optimized dosage of polyethylene glycol/recycled plastic bottles was 6%-10%.
