摘要
目的为医院船后续海外任务提高以人为本的个性化体检服务质量提供决策依据。方法结合“和谐使命-2013”任务中“和平方舟”号医院船海外健康体检服务实践，运用非参数检验、变量距离分析和多元对应分析的原理和方法，对体检服务对象人口特征学要素组合规律进行回顾性分析。结果医院船海外健康体检服务对象中，身份、婚姻状态、性别、年龄不同变量水平组合差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论对体检对象人口学特征要素组合规律的研究，为医院船在今后的海外健康体检工作中改进服务，加强管理，完善工作流程起着一定的推动作用。
Objective To provide reference for the decision making in the on-going mission of the hospital ship and realize the concept of People Oriented and personalized medical service. Methods A retrospective analysis on with ＂Harmony Mission-2013＂ task ＂Peace Ark＂ hospital ship overseas health examination services （OHES） practice was performed by adopting the non-parametric test, variables of the principles and the method of analysis and multiple correspondence analysis, considering factors such as demographic characteristics of the medical clients. Results Of the clients who participated in the health examination service, the difference of profession, marital status, gendar, age different combinations of variables＇ level was statistically significant, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The analysis on combination of elements of the demographic characteristics plays an important role in improving the service quality, management enhancement, and the workflow in future overseas health examination practice.
