摘要
分析了国内外图书馆无障碍阅读建设现状,以贵阳市图书馆残疾人服务机制的探索研究为例,阐述了公共图书馆为残疾人提供特殊服务的现实必要性,以期为贵阳市公共图书馆残疾人服务提供借鉴和参考。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction for barrier-free reading in foreign and domestic libraries, and taking the exploratory research of Guiyang Library on the service mechanism for the disabled persons as an example, expounds the realistic necessity for the public library to provide special services for the disabled persons in order to provide references for the public libraries in Guiyang City to serve the disabled persons.
