单孔腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补法的临床应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨单孔腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年1月至2013年6月间于我院行手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者123例,按其手术治疗方法分为对照组(68例)和观察组(55例),对照组患者行无张力疝修补术,观察组患者行单孔腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术,观察两组患者各临床指标,并进行统计对比分析。结果观察组患者手术时间(77.18±9.17)min、住院费用(8347±214)元明显高于对照组(6.34±8.08)min、(5531±124)元,组间差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛程度(2.38±0.84)、住院时间(8.16±2.14)d、并发症发生率(9.09%)及切口满意度(96.36%)均明显优于对照组患者相应指标(4.85±1.37)、(4.08±1.08)d、(16.18%)、(44.12%),组间差异均在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补法治疗腹股沟疝安全、有效,术后患者恢复快、并发症少,患者术后疼痛轻、住院时间短、切口满意度高,值得推广。
