基于荧光猝灭的氧传感器的研制(Ⅱ)——氧传感器的设计及影响其性能的因素 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种新的氧感应膜的制备方法 ,大大提高了氧感应膜的信号强度和对氧的灵敏度 .以钌的邻菲咯啉络合物为感应指示剂 ,根据荧光猝灭原理研制了一种氧传感器 .该传感器采用非接触式设计 ,能在计算机控制下同时对大批样品进行扫描检测 ,具有灵敏度高、响应快、稳定性好、效率高等优点 .文中还对影响氧传感器性能的因素进行了分析 . In this paper, A new method for the preparation of the oxygen_sensing film is proposed. Luminescent intensity and sensitivity of the oxygen_sensing film are thus greatly improved. An “non_contact' oxygen sensor based on luminescence quenching of ruthenium complex by oxygen has been deve_loped. The non_contact design makes it possible to monitor a number of samples by scanning in a short time under the control of computer. The oxygen sensor is characterized by high sensitivity, rapid response, good stability and high efficiency. The influence factors of the sensor are discussed too.
