摘要 细胞因子是近年来治疗肿瘤的研究热点,它能够从多个方面对肿瘤进行有效地治疗。本文综述了常见的几种细胞因子在临床中的应用以及出现的几种新的治疗策略,并对存在的一些问题进行了探讨。 Cytokine therapy for cancer is the research hotspot in recent years,it can provide multiple effects on the cancer treatment. This review summarizes a few of the common cytokines used in clinic and its new strategies, and dis- cuss the side effects of the cytokine.
