摘要
目的:观察苜蓿总皂苷对高脂血症小鼠血清血脂水平的影响。方法:采用高脂乳剂灌胃的方法建立高脂血症小鼠模型,分为苜蓿总皂苷高﹑中﹑低剂量组(1g/kg、0.5g/kg、0.25g/kg),阳性组(绞股蓝总苷片80 mg/kg),模型组,另设正常组,每组10只。灌胃给药,连续40天,各组取血清测定TCH、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C的含量。结果:苜蓿总皂苷高、中剂量组高脂血症小鼠的血清TCH、TG、LDL-C水平均明显下降,HDL-C水平明显上升,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:苜蓿总皂苷有良好的降血脂作用。
Objective : To investigate the hypolipidemic effect of total saponins from Medicago sativa L. ( TSM ) on mice with hyperlipidemia.Methods : Model of hyperlipidemia was established by administration of high-fat diet for 40 days. Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups ( n=10 ) including positive ( 80mg/kg ) , model, normal control and three TSM groups at the doses of ( lg/kg, 0.5g/kg, 0.25g/kg) , respectively.After 40 days of TSM administration treatment, the levels of serum TCH, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in mice with hyperlipidemia were evaluated by spectrophotometric method. Results : TSM administration could reduce the levels of serum TCH, TG and LDL-C, and increase that of HDL-C in mice with hyperlipidemia, which had a significant difference compared to the model control group ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ) .Conclusion: TSM may have a good hypolipidemic effect.
