摘要
目的探讨临终关怀对癌症晚期患者生活质量的影响,探索适合该院情况的临终关怀方式。方法将100例癌症晚期患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例。试验组开展临终关怀政策,对照组采用常规的卫生教育。采用健康状况调查表分析2组患者实施前后生活质量变化情况。结果干预前2组患者的生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后试验组患者生活质量状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期的癌症患者开展人性化的临终关怀,可减轻患者的疼痛,缓解患者的心理抑郁,极大地提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of hospice care on quality of life in patients with advanced cancer, exploring ways to hospice care for the hospital situation. Methods 100 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 50 cases. Experimental group carried out the hospice care policy,control group used conventional health education. Analyzed the quality of life situation changes using health survey before and after the implementation of two groups. Results Before intervention,the quality of life scores of two groups showed no significant difference（ P 0. 05）. After the intervention,the quality of life scores of experimental group score were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Hospice care of humanity for the late cancer patients can reduce the pain of patients,alleviate the patient＇s heart depression,greatly improve the quality of life of patients.
