摘要
牛支原体是牛的一种重要的病原体,可引起牛的肺炎、乳腺炎和关节炎等疾病,且由于牛支原体基因和细胞膜表面蛋白的多变性,国内外还没有非常有效的防制方法。牛支原体感染每年都会给养牛业造成严重的经济损失,因此十分有必要对牛支原体进行深入研究,开发牛支原体疫苗及诊断技术。本文从牛支原体的病原特性和变异性、牛支原体感染的诊断和防制以及牛支原体疫苗研究等方面综述国内外的研究进展,以期对今后牛支原体的研究工作提供帮助。
With causing pneumonia, mastitis, arthritis and other diseases, Mycoplasma bovis is a vital pathogen of cattle. It leads to lacking of effective method to control Mycoplasma bovis for the variable of Mycoplasma boris vsp. Mycoplasma bovis disease leads to serious economic losses to the cattle industry every year. It＇s urgently necessary to study on Mycoplasma bovis and vaccine and techniques of Mycoplasma bovis infection. This article summarized the characteristics, variation of Mycoplasma bovis and controlling and treating of cattle mycoplasma disease. The paper also summarized the vaccine research progress of the Mycoplasma bovis all over the world, it＇s useful for the further research.
