摘要
目的探讨如何建立大型三级医院和社区医疗服务中心联合体,缓解看病难的问题。方法分析社区医疗服务中心存在的不足及三级医院的优势,探索医疗联合体系的建立。结果通过对社区卫生服务中心的不足及三级医院的优势的分析,提出采取合适的措施,建立医联体,有效推进医疗资源的纵向整合,提高医疗服务体系的效率。结论根据实际情况,合理有序推进医联体的建设,可解决当前人民群众看病的难题,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective To explore to build a large tertiary hospital and community health service centers of the commonwealth, to ease the doctor shortage. Methods we analyzed the strengths and deficiencies tertiary hospital community health service centers exist to discuss to establishing a joint health care system. Results Through analysis of the disadvantages of community health service centers and advantages of tertiary hospitals, we proposed to take appropriate measures to establish the medical conjoined effectively to promote the vertical integration of medical resources, improve the efficiency of the health care system. Conclusion It is possible to solve the current problems of visiting hospital that healthcare Alliance is constructed reasonably and orderly It can also provide significant reference for others.
