摘要
本文报告 5例少见的神经源性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的 X线表现 ,均经手术病理证实。包括源于肋间神经巨大神经鞘瘤、不完全型神经纤维瘤病、骶尾部巨大神经节细胞瘤、胸壁 Askin瘤和腹膜后巨大的硬脊膜外囊肿 ,着重对其 X线诊断进行探讨。
The authors reported 5 cases with rare neurogenic tumor and phymatoid lesion of radiologic manifestations,confirmed with pathology through surgery.These diseases included enormous schwannoma caused by intercostal neuve,ancomplete type neourofibramatosis,enormous ganglioneuroma in sacrococcyx,A skin tumor of chest wall and enormous retroperitoneal extradural cyst.The radiologic diagnosis was also discussed.
