系统性红斑狼疮合并急性脊髓损伤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者，女性，45岁。于2011年8月29日因“持续发热1个月，排尿困难并下肢无力半个月，加重1周”人院。患者2010年1月因“多关节疼痛3个月”住我院，查外周血白细胞总数2．7×10’／L，抗核抗体（＋），ds．DNA（＋），抗狼疮细胞抗体（＋），红细胞沉降率120mm／h，补体C3 0．54g／L，诊断为系统性红斑狼疮。给予口服强的松50mg／d、来氟米特20mg／d等治疗，患者症状好转出院，2个月后继续服用来氟米特及激素小剂量维持。2011年7月27日无诱因出现发热、乏力，体温最高39℃，
