摘要
肛管癌是一种发病率正在不断上升的临床少见恶性肿瘤,属于结直肠癌,但诊治特点不完全相同。多数肛管癌患者合并有乳头状瘤病毒感染和免疫抑制,以放射化学治疗为主的综合治疗是局限期肛管癌的标准治疗,多学科治疗可以提高患者的生存期,改善生活质量。该文对肛管癌的诊疗现状作一综述。
Anal canal carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor presenting increasing incidence. It is a type of colorectal carcinoma with its distinct diagnostic and treatment feature. Most anal canal carcinoma pa-tients have papilloma virus co-infection and immunosuppression. Chemoradiation-based combination therapy is the standard treatment for localized anal canal carcinoma. Multidisciplinary approach can prolong survival and improve quality-of-life in patients. This article provides a current review of the diagnosis and treatment of anal canal carcinoma.
