摘要
采用水热法制备F-Nb2O5纳米空心球光催化剂,并通过光催化分解甲醇水溶液制氢对其光催化活性进行评价.运用SEM,XRD,XPS和BET对样品进行了表征.结果表明,空心球直径约在150 nm,随着水热时间的增加样品的催化活性先增大后减小,在水热条件180℃-16 h制得的样品具有最高的光催化活性.
F-Nb2O5nanometer hollow spheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method, the photocatalytic decomposition of water for hydrogen capacity was evaluated by ultraviolet photocatalytic decomposition of water in methanol aqueous solution. The samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and BET. The results show that the diameter of hollow spheres is about 150 nm,and the photocatalytic activity of the F-Nb2O5 hollow spheres increases to a maximum and then decreases with the increase of hydrothermal time. The sample prepared at 180 ℃ for 16 h shows the highest photocatalytic activity.
