山西省66名16岁~20岁人血清中有机氯农药残留特征研究 被引量:3

Research on organochlorine pestcides residues in 66 serum samples from people between 16 ~ 20 years old in Shanxi province

摘要 目的初步了解山西省青年人群血清中21种有机氯农药(OCPs)残留水平及人体差异特征。方法选取山西籍、无农药暴露史、年龄在16岁~20岁的30名男性和36名女性,收集其血清样品,用气相色谱-电子捕获检测法测定血清中21种OCPs残留量,采用Wald-Wolfowitz方法对OCPs含量与人口统计学资料的相关性进行检验。结果所测66名16岁~20岁人中OCPs含量变化范围为211.52 ng/g lw^4692.14 ng/g lw,中位数为827.39 ng/g lw。检出率较高的有α-六六六、β-六六六、γ--六六六、δ--六六六、p,p-滴滴伊、o,p'-滴滴涕、p,p-滴滴涕、艾氏剂、β-氯丹、七氯、环氧七氯、硫丹硫酸盐、硫丹Ⅰ。结论与国内外研究相比,本次测定人群血清OCPs含量处于中等水平,部分OCPs含量存在性别差异。 Objective To understand the concentrations of 21 organochlorine pesticides( OCPs) residues in adolescents in Shanxi province,and analyze the individual difference characteristics. Methods Serum samples were collected from 66 adolescents( 30 men and 36 women) between 16 ~ 20 years old,without pesticide exposure history. The residues of 21 OCPs in these serum samples were determined by gas chromatography-electron capture test( GC-ECD). The Wald-Wolfowitz method was used to analyze the correlation between the OCPs contents and demographic details. Results The variation range of OCPs contents in 66 serum sample swere 211. 52 ng / glw ~ 4692. 14 ng / glw,with a median of 827. 39 ng / glw. OCPs such as α-HCH, β-HCH,γ-HCH,δ-HCH,p,p'-DDE,o,p'-DDT,p,p'-DDT aldrin,β-chlordane,heptachlor,heptachlor epoxide,endosulfan SO4,endosulfanⅠwere frequently detected. Conclusion Compared to similar researches at home and abroad, the concentrations of total OCPs residues in serum of adolescents from Shanxi province were in the middle range. The levels of some pesticides residues were also found significantly correlated to gender.
