摘要
目的 :应用日本产Luzex F型图像分析仪 ,对 38例卵巢粘液性囊腺肿瘤与 5例正常卵巢上皮组织进行了形态计量测定、比较分析 ,研究形态计量指标在鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :应用Feulgen染色 ,测量每例约 5 0— 6 0个细胞核的形态参数 ,予以统计学分析。结果 :细胞核面积、周长、最大直径、等效圆直径、形态因子 5项参数在各组间具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,交界性肿瘤细胞核最大 [周长 (171± 44 ) μm ,等效圆直径 (4 8± 15 ) μm],且形状最规则 (形状因子 2 0 2± 35 ) ;恶性肿瘤细胞核形状最不规则 [周长 (16 3± 46 ) μm ,等效圆直径 (4 7± 12 ) μm ,形状因子 (16 9± 36 ) ];良性肿瘤细胞核较恶性核小 [周长 (15 7± 5 1) μm ,等效圆直径 (4 4± 14) μm]但其形状较之规则 [形状因子 (186± 5 8) ]。卵巢粘液性囊腺癌高分化者较中、低分化癌细胞核小 ,核形状无明显改变 ;中分化与低分化癌细胞核在形状与大小方面差异无鉴别意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Purpose:To study the value of nuclear DNA morphological parameters in differential diagnosis. Methods:Using the cellular image analysis instrument to quantitate nuclear DNA morphological parameters (including area, perimeter, major diameter, equivalent circle diameter and nuclear shape factor) in 38 cases of ovarian mucinous cystadenomatous and 5 normal ovarian epithelial tissue, and to analyze the relationship between histodifferentiation and nuclear morphological. Results:Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between the groups ( P <0.01). Cell nucleus of borderline tumors had the biggest area [area (1996±1236) μm 2,perimeter (171±44) μm] and the most regular shape (shape factor 202±35). Cell nucleus of malignant tumors had the most irregular shape [perimeter (163±46) μm,equivalent circle diameters (47±12)μm, shape factor 169±36]. Cell nucleus of benign tumors were smaller than those of malignant tumors [perimiter (157±51) μm,equivalent circle diameter (44±14) μm],but their shapes were more regular (shape factor 160±58). There was no significant variances in histological grade of ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma ( P >0.05). Conclusions:Nuclear DNA morphological parameters of ovarian mucinous cystadenomatous are useful markers, and may have some significance in pathological diagnosis.
