摘要
详细分析了湿式球磨机制浆系统工艺流程和各部分物料平衡,对某磨机进行了运行调整试验,调整后,磨机有效出力从7t/h上升到11t/h,能耗降低了98(kW·h)/h,节能效果显著。
The wet ball mill pulping system process of limestone and material balance has been analysised in th wet ball mill. On the basis of this, optimizing adjustment has been done on one wet ball mill. After the adjust- ment,limestone grinding amount per unit time rises from 7 t/h to 11t/h, energy consumption per hour fall by 98 ( kW. h ), which has significant energy - saving effect.
