摘要
在鲤科鱼类中雅罗鱼亚科鱼类起源较早,形态差异显著。迄今为止,有关雅罗鱼亚科的系统发育关系还存在很大的争议。本文以新疆分布的雅罗鱼亚科鱼类为对象,采用线粒体DNA中的cyt b基因序列,用贝叶斯联合模型分析数据,重建了雅罗鱼亚科的系统发育关系;结合鲤亚科和裂腹鱼亚科,用松散分子钟估算了雅罗鱼亚科属间的分歧时间。结果显示:丁鱥属(Tinca)处于系统发育树的基部,新疆雅罗鱼亚科鱼类中丁鱥属(36Ma)和鱥属(Phoxinus)(29Ma)的起源于渐新世,而欧鳊属(Abramis)(20Ma)、拟鲤属(Rutilus)(18Ma)、雅罗鱼属(Leuciscus)(13Ma)起源于中新世。
Fishes in Leuciscinae were originated earlier in Cyprinidae, and have significant differences in morphology. So far, the phy- logenetic relationships within the subfamily Leuciscinae have still been very controversial. The phylogenetic relationships within Leu- ciscinae were reconstructed in six species in Leuciscinae distributed in Xinjiang by cyt b sequences and bayesian mixed models analy- sis. The divergence time of genera within Leuciscinae were estimated using relaxed molecular clock method. Genus Tinca was found at the base of the phylogentic tree; and genera Tinca and Phoxinus were originated at Oligocene, while genera A bramis, Rutilus and Leu- ciscus were found to be originated at Miocene.
