碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)促进组织血管形成作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)在活体组织中促进血管形成的作用 ,为bFGF应用于改善组织血运提供实验依据。方法 在家兔背部皮管模型的组织内分别应用bFGF(实验组 )及生理盐水 (对照组 ) ,利用组织学、计算机图像分析技术观察bFGF在活体组织中促进新生血管形成的情况 ,并作定量指标检测。结果 给药组(bFGF)皮管内毛细血管增生明显 ,各项定量指标数值均高于对照组 ,而高剂量bFGF组的新生血管无论数量还是质量亦优于低剂量bFGF组。结论 bFGF可促进活体组织中新生血管形成 ,对改善局部组织血运 ,提高组织移植的成功率有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the effects of exogenous bFGF on stimulating angiogenesis in tissues.Methods The skin tubes on the back of rabbit model were treated with bFGF(two treatment groups)and normal saline (control group).By histology and computerimageanalysis,angiogenesis in tissues were detected quantitatively.Results The capillaries in the skin tubes in both bFGF groups significantly increased compared with the control group.The quality and quantity of the neovascularization in the high dose bFGF group were better than in the low dose bFGF group.Conclusions bFGF can stimulate angiogenesis in vivo.It plays a critical role in increasing transplant viability.
