摘要
师德建设是高校教育管理工作的基本内容,师德在高校教师评价制度中具有不容忽视的重要地位。但是,现行高校教师评价制度存在着重业务、轻师德的问题,影响了师德建设的效果和师德水平的提高。因此,有必要改革现行高校教师评价制度,促进师德回归,建立科学完善的师德评价制度,以制度刚性保障师德建设的有效开展和师德水平的稳步提高。
The construction of teachers＆#39;ethics is a basic part of university education management . In Teachers＆#39; Evaluation System , teachers＆#39; ethics is of great importance . However , the current Teachers＆#39; Evaluation System attaches great importance to teachers＆#39; professional work but little importance to their ethics . This kind of practice has bad impact on the effect of the construction of teacher＆#39;s ethics and blocks the improvement of teachers＆#39;ethics level . Hence , it is necessary to reform Teachers＆#39; Evaluation System and highlight teachers＆#39; ethics . In order to ensure the effective construction of teachers＆#39; ethics and the steady improvement of teachers＆#39; ethics level , we need to establish scientific and perfect Teachers＆#39;Ethics Evaluation System .
