EAST-NBI用差分式低温冷凝泵的热力学分析

摘要 差分式低温冷凝泵结构和选材的合理性,对EAST-NBI的性能至关重要。文中主要运用ANSYS对低温冷凝板和人字形辐射挡板进行热力学分析,进一步验证了该差分式低温冷凝泵的设计是合理的。运用中性束注入综合测试台对所设计的差分式低温冷凝泵性能进行测试,结果表明完全满足EAST-NBI对低温真空的要求。 It is crucial for the performance of EAST - NBI that the structure and material of the differential cryopump is reason- able. This article expatiated on the thermodynamics analysis of the cryopanel and chevron radiation baffle by ANSYS. The analysis validated that the design of the cryopump was reasonable. The performance tests by NB1 general test platform were done and the resuits indicated that the designed differential cryopump might maintain the requirement of the cryogenic vacuum for EAST - NBI.
