摘要
用盐酸对硅藻土进行改性,通过单因素实验,考察了硅藻土改性的液固比、改性剂浓度、改性时间及改性温度对硅藻土改性效果的影响。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件:液固比为4∶1、改性剂浓度为4 mol/L、改性最佳时间为40 min、改性最佳温度为35℃。
In the paper, the modification ofdiatomite with hydrochloric acid was studied. Through single factor experiment, the effect trends of liquid-solid ratio concentration of hydrochloric acid, time and temperature on modified effect of diatomite were investigated. The experiment results of the modification of diatomite show that the optimum conditions are： liquid-solid ratio 4 ： l, modifier concentration 4 mol/L, modification time 40 min, modification temperature 35℃.
