摘要
用盐酸对硅藻土进行改性,通过单因素实验,考察了硅藻土改性的液固比、改性剂浓度、改性时间及改性温度对硅藻土改性效果的影响。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件:液固比为4∶1、改性剂浓度为4 mol/L、改性最佳时间为40 min、改性最佳温度为35℃。
In the paper, the modification ofdiatomite with hydrochloric acid was studied. Through single factor experiment, the effect trends of liquid-solid ratio concentration of hydrochloric acid, time and temperature on modified effect of diatomite were investigated. The experiment results of the modification of diatomite show that the optimum conditions are: liquid-solid ratio 4 : l, modifier concentration 4 mol/L, modification time 40 min, modification temperature 35℃.
