摘要
总结了评价TiCl4熔盐氯化炉熔盐体系性能优劣的表征参数,并对其影响因素进行了初步分析。结合生产实践,分析了TiCl4熔盐氯化过程熔盐体系恶化的原因;根据熔盐体系恶化的原因及相关影响因素,提出了稳定控制熔盐体系的措施。
The characterization parameters are summarized for performance evaluation of molten salt system in TICl4 molten salt chlorinator, and a preliminary analysis of its influencing factors is carried out. The causes of molten salt system deterioration during TICl4 molten salt chlorination are analyzed based on pro duction practice. According to the causes of molten salt system deterioration and the related factors,control measures for molten salt system stability are presented.
