摘要
设计制造了一个弹性阻尼体缓冲器,进行不同高度下的冲击实验;利用实验结果对模型参数进行辨识,获得缓冲器的阻尼系数和速度指数,并对实验中的能量损失进行分析。阻尼力随时间的变化体现了较好的平台效应,具有良好的耗能特性,表明试验时测量活塞杆的位移信号并做微分运算是更为简单可靠的。
An elastic damping buffer was designed and manufactured for different heights of the impact test. The parameters including damping coefficient and speed index were simulated and identified by ex- perimental results. Also, the energy loss in the experiment was analyzed. Results indicate that the resist- ance changing with time has a good platform effect and the damper has decent energy properties. The work improves the viscoelastic material has a considerable application in gun recoil mechanism.
