摘要
针对电脱盐装置运行效率低,影响脱盐效果和排水水质的问题,提出了一种电脱盐油水界位优化控制的新方法,即基于微波能量吸收原理的界位探测仪和在线含水率分析仪。详细阐述了电脱盐界位优化控制系统工作原理及结构,且经使用后提高了电脱盐操作和运行的稳定性,从而总体提升了电脱盐的处理能力。
Focus on low operation efficiency influencing desalting effect and drammg water quality for desalter, a new solution with interface optimized control in electric desalter is put forward, which are interface detector and online moisture content analyzer based on microwave energy absorption mechanism. The working principle and structure are described in detail for interface optimized control system for desalting. The application result indicates the stability of the desalting operation is improved by using this new control system. The overall electric desahing capability is increased.
