摘要
针对工业过程控制中应用最为广泛的控制策略PID参数的整定千差万别,具有耗时、耗力、滞后大,非线性等缺点,提出了基于ARM微控制器的PID参数的自整定方法。通过对工业过程动态性能的监测,获得主要的性能参数,然后根据经验公式自动计算PID参数,将计算的整定参数输入到PID控制器,使其工作在最优状态。
Aiming to multifarious difference of proportion integration differentiation (PID) parameter tuning for widely used control strategy in industrial process control, and time- killing, energy consuming, big delay and non-linear problems, self-tuning scheme based on ARM micro-controller for PID parameters is proposed. By monitoring dynamic performance of industrial process to obtain main performance parameters, and to calculate PID parameters automatically through empirical formula, and to load the tuned parameters to PID controller, the work is optimized to the best states.
