2型糖尿病合并成人Still病一例并文献复习

摘要 2型糖尿病患病率在我国已经达到空前高度，根据我国2010年的流行病学调查资料显示18岁以上成年人的糖尿病患病率已经高达11．6％[1]，随之与2型糖尿病合并的疾病越来越多。成人Still病（Adult onset still＇s disease，AOSD）是一种少见的病因不明的系统性炎性疾病，1995年法国的一项流行病学调查结果显示AOSD发病率0．16／10万[2]。
