摘要
采用社会认同理论,分析了社会转型期我国女博士生的社会认同感状况,研究表明,女博士生的社会认同感具有一定的特殊性,社会交往、安全感、受歧视感和社会支持系统缺失等因素会在一定程度上影响女博士生的社会认同。
Using social identity theory, this article analyzes the social identity state of female Ph.D can- didate in the period of social transition.Researches show that the social identity state of female Ph.D candidates have some particularities. At present, the lack of social interaction, sense of security, dis- crimination sense and social support system will affect the social identity of female Ph.D in a certain extent.
