科技的高速发展为中小型选煤厂提供了先进的生产设备和系统,其中应用比较广泛的是基于可编程逻辑控制器的监控系统。该系统是中小型企业实现自动化的必备条件,不但能够对煤炭产品的质量进行严格把关,还避免了生产过程中的浪费现象。针对中小型选煤厂的实际情况,研究可编程逻辑控制器设计和应用。
The rapid development of science and technology provides advanced production equipment and system for small and medium coal preparation plant, which is widely used is the monitoring and control system based on programmable logic controller. The system is a necessary condition for small and medium enterprises automation, can not only carry out strict control of coal product quality, avoids waste in the production process. According to the actual situation of small and medium coal preparation plant, focuses on the application of programmable logic controller in the production process.
