摘要
为了给马铃薯生产适宜前茬作物的选择提供理论依据,以克新1号为材料,研究了前茬作物对马铃薯产量、品质和病害的影响,结果表明:各前茬处理马铃薯产量显著增加,以豌豆产量最高,为50 168.0kg/hm2,马铃薯连作4年处理的产量最低。各前茬处理显著提高了马铃薯淀粉、粗蛋白、还原糖、维生素C的含量,淀粉含量以莜麦茬最高,达46.26%;粗蛋白含量以豌豆茬最高,达8.13%;还原糖含量以连作4年最高,为0.67%;各前茬处理均提高了马铃薯块茎维生素C含量,但差异不显著。豌豆和荞麦茬的马铃薯黑痣病发病率和病情指数较低,豌豆茬的枯萎病发病率最低。综合各方面性状得出,在内蒙古阴山北麓地区,豌豆、休闲是马铃薯良好的前茬,其次是莜麦、荞麦。
In order to supply theoretical basis for selecting proper preceding crops of potato production, we selected Kexinl to study the effects of different preceding crops on yield,quality and disease of potato. The results showed that: potato yield under different preceding treatments was increased significantly;yield under peas treatment was extremely significantly higher than other treatments, which was 50 168.0kg/hm^2 ;potato yield under 4 years continu- ous cropping was the lowest. The preceding crops treatment significantly improved the potato tuber nutrition ingredi- ent. The content of starch was the highest in the treatment of naked oats (46.26%). The content of protein was the highest in the treatment of peas(8.13% ). The content of reducing sugar was the highest in the treatment of 4 years continuous cropping;other treatments increased the content of vitamin C, but the difference was not obvious. The rate and index of potato black scurf were low in the treatment of peas and buckwheat;The rate of potato Fusarium wilt was the lightest in the treatment of peas. In general,in north areas of Yinshan Mountain in Inner Mongolia, both the fallow and peas treatments were proper preceding crops for potato in this experiment, and the following were na- ked oats and buckwheat.
