摘要
针对江苏江阴华西钢铁公司高线厂精轧机增速箱定位输出端轴承使用寿命不长,轴承定位台阶磨损严重、箱体变形严重,箱体渗油严重的问题,对其产生原因进行了分析,对齿轮轴的轴向窜动进行了控制,同时对定位输出端结构进行了改进,解决了上述问题,增速箱使用寿命大大延长。
Aiming at the problems of gearbox output shaft,such as short service life of bearing,serious wearing of bearing positioning step,deformation and leakage of the oil box,the causes were analyzed,and the gear shaft moving was controlled.Meanwhile,the positioning step end structure was improved,and the above problems were resolved.So,the service life of gear box was greatly prolonged.
