摘要
针对攀钢新钢钒轨梁厂万能线开发乙字钢初期存在端头尺寸波动及端头轧疤缺陷等复杂问题,分析了各孔型的断面延伸系数、断面压下系数,并通过仿真分析了孔型配置角度对出钢状态的影响,据此采用同时优化孔型配置角度及切深孔来料尺寸的方法,大幅降低了切深孔中轧件端头的弯曲度,消除端头轧疤缺陷的同时,端头尺寸不合格长度由7m左右降低到2m左右,乙字钢的成材率从优化前的73%提高到优化后的85%左右。
In view of head size fluctuation,end defect and other complex problems of developing Z-steel at Rail and Beam Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Company,the groove section elongation coefficient,section pressure coefficient were analyzed.Meanwhile,the influences of pass alignment on piece state were simulated.Therefore,the pass alignment and piece size to knifing pass were optimized,the end bending length and defect of piece in knifing pass were obviously reduced.The end size unqualified length was reduced from 7m to about 2m,the Z-steel yield rate was increased from 73% to about 85%.
