摘要
目的研究CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检在临床上的应用价值。方法选择2012年9月至2013年10月我院收治的92例肺部出现病灶的患者，采用CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检。结果本组患者经穿刺活检的总确诊率为95．7％（88／92）。穿刺活检气胸发生率为10．9％；肺内血肿发生率为8．7％，咯血发生率为7．6％，胸膜反应发生率为1．1％，肺部感染发生率为1．1％。结论CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检术是一项简单安全、可靠性强、准确性高的临床诊断技术。
Objective To study the application value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in clinic. Methods 92 cases of lung lesions from September 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were treated with CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Results The diagnosis rate was 95.7% by biopsy. During puncture biopsy, the incidence rate of pneumothorax was 10.9%, the incidence rate of intrapulmonary hematoma was 8.7%,the incidence rate of hemoptysis was 7.6%,the incidence rate of pleural reaction was 1.1%, and the incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 1.1 %. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a simple, safe, and reliable clinical diagnosis technology with high accuracy.
