摘要
本文报导对黄精中氨基酸和微量元素的测定结果。研究表明萤精中含有多种氨基酸和微量元素。其中有人体必需氨基酸6种,测定10种化学元素,其中8种为人体必需微量元素。实验结果表明可能与黄精对人体的补益反抗衰老作用有一定关系。
The amino acids and trace elements contained in phizoma polygonate were determinded by HPLC, AAS, polagraphy and fluorospectrophotometry. Experimental results showed that phizoma polygonate contained many sorts of amino acids and trace elements. Among the 18 sorts of amino acids determined, 6 were necessary for human body. Among the 10 sorts of trace elements determined, 8 were necessary for human body. The results suggested that phizoma polygonate might have the effects of invigoration, restoration and antidecripitude for human body.
